We are excited that you have chosen to carry Annie Lane in your store. We
have been supplying retail stores with bows and headbands for four years
and have had great response - we're told because they are different from
what is currently being offered and are priced well. We have no minimum
order and welcome custom orders. A business license or a resale tax
certificate is required to establish a wholesale account.

Display Options:
Hanging strips for displaying bows are provided with each order at no
charge. Bows may be delivered on individual hanging cards for an
additional charge of $.15 per card. We also sell lucite headband holders
for $30.00. The holders are sturdy, attractive, long lasting and hold
10-12 headbands.
Delivery and Shipment:
Delivery on most orders runs one to two weeks. We will contact with you
with a ship date when order is received.
Domestic Orders:
Shipping charges will be determined when your order is
received. Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships.
International Orders:
A shipping account number is typically provided by
customer - or mailing costs/insurance will be passed directly to customer.
Returns and Exchanges:
We want you and your customers to love your Annie Lane bows and headbands!
We carefully check each item prior to shipment to ensure that it is free of defect.
But if for any reason you are not happy with your order or a portion of
your order, it may be returned for refund, credit or exchange. Please
contact us within three business days after receiving your order and we
can arrange for return or exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Special orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Payment Options:
Payment may be made online using Visa and Mastercard. Your credit card will be charged upon shipment. If you have ordered before and prefer to pay upon invoice we will ask for a credit card to keep on file. We have net 30 terms. We also accept PayPal but your payment will be withdrawn immediately upon ordering.
Customer Service:
One of our customer service representatives will be introduced to your
account and will be your contact. Together you can decide what is the
best means of communication and if you would like to schedule recurring
delivery or how often you would like to be contacted about your supply.
Your Online Store:
If you have an online store and would like to sell Annie Lane, you are
welcome to use our product photos on your site. We do not have permission
to share the photos of the girls on our home page. Please do not copy
these for your usage.
Drop Shipping:
We are happy to drop ship. We can make arrangements to receive orders and
ship once a week. We will include your invoice with shipment and bill you
separately.
