Shipping & Handling
Annie Lane ships domestically via USPS Priority Mail and FedEx Ground. We also ship internationally via UPS, DHL, and Fed Ex. Most retail orders ship within three business days.




Sales Tax
As a New York-based business, we are required to collect sales tax on all retail orders shipped to addresses within New York State, at the rate of 7.375%. We do not charge sales tax on out-of-state shipments or wholesale orders.

Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your Annie Lane bows and headbands! We carefully check each item prior to shipment to ensure that it is free of defect. But if for any reason you are not happy with your order or a portion of your order, it may be returned for refund, credit or exchange within five days of having received your order. Items must be in the original packaging and in unused condition. Please contact us prior to returning your item(s) by email or by calling us at 917-531-4404. Shipping charges are not refundable. Special orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
